PROJECT STAFFING

The principals are personally on the jobsite daily working with the project team. We consider this to be one of our most important responsibilities for assuring the successful completion of an on-time and on-budget project.

This hands on approach gives us the ability to overcome each obstacle that circumstances may create and to devise and recommend solutions.  This proven ability gives our clients confidence knowing that there is a platform for the project team to intensively explore, analyze and determine the most effective way to accomplish the construction objectives with the highest level of excellence.

ESTIMATING

Through many years of hands on experience we have been able to hone in on our estimating skills. This allows us to identify areas where significant cost savings systems can be utilized to produce true savings for the client.

We have developed and produced an estimating system that accurately identifies every line item.  We provide estimates on conceptual plans, schematics, through the design development phase, always keeping the design team and client fully aware of the cost.

SCHEDULING

Wolf Creek Builders develops a schedule, using history of similar projects, which identifies the critical activities.  This schedule incorporates the phasing of the proposed project including, but not limited to, site selection, time of year, design, cost constraints, permit processes, bidding, construction to completion and occupancy.

The principals personally work on each project which allows them to make critical decisions as situations arise.  We are actively involved in the project which allows us to communicate daily, if necessary, with the client regarding the status of the job.

SUB-TRADE PROCESS

Wolf Creek Builders believe in the team concept using responsible subcontractors which insure service, quality, and competitive pricing.

Our process is as follows:

Solicit and pre-qualify bidders based on experience and reputation.  
Members of the design team and the client participate in the review and the final selections.

Thoroughly review the construction documents and instruct the bidders as to their scope of work. This review often identifies potential problem areas which can be dealt with before construction.

Review all sub contract proposals for scope and accuracy.  We also encourage the design team and client to participate in this process.

Prior to the sub-trade award, we thoroughly review the insurance requirements and their procedures again to insure the client's best interests are not compromised.
